Runs the 24 hour communications centre, its three shifts and the computer aided dispatch system, after eleven years as a dispatcher and shift supervisor.
Priya Venkatesan
Leads inspections, building plan assessment, permits and community education, and is a qualified fire safety engineer with nine years at Guardian.
Robert Tjapaltjarri
Leads regional risk assessment, planning, exercises and recovery, and has managed three regional recovery operations since joining in 2014.
Fiona McAllister
Runs the Ballan training campus, the competency matrix and the health, safety and welfare program, and is a former station officer with fifteen years of service.
Jordan Whitlock
Leads a career platoon at the busiest station in the region, supervises turnouts and crews and mentors recruit firefighters in their first year.
Aisha Rahman
Takes emergency calls and dispatches resources on the afternoon shift, trains new call takers and has worked in the centre for six years.
Tom Brennan
Volunteer controller of a 46 member unit, leads storm and flood operations and vertical rescue, and has been a member for eighteen years.
