Breathing apparatus set BA-217 withdrawn: check your set numbers

Set BA-217 sounded its low pressure warning early during Thursday's dwelling fire at Belmont and has been withdrawn for investigation. Every wearer must check the set number on their appliance against the Appliance and Equipment Register at the start of shift and confirm the monthly check is recorded. Report any early whistle, however brief, on the Injury, Near Miss and Hazard Report Form.
