Corporate Services, Training and Safety
Supports the Chief Officer and every division with finance, people services, health and safety, mental health and welfare, the training campus and its competency records, fleet and equipment workshops, information management and the procurement of appliances and protective equipment.

Training and Competency Matrix
Records each member's operational competencies, currency and expiry dates, so that crews are formed and dispatched only from members recorded as competent.
Appliance and Equipment Register
Records every appliance, breathing apparatus set, rescue kit, ladder, chainsaw and detector with its checks, tests, services, defects and in service status.
Health and Safety Incident Register
The controlled record of injuries, exposures, near misses, hazards, vehicle incidents and equipment failures across stations, units, incidents and workplaces, with investigation and actions to closure.
